Insanity is a 60- day workout program. In the 60- days you spend 6 days a week it is perfect for everyone who wants a hard workout that will give you great results for the effort you put in. It will help you burn fat, gain fitness and endurance, and make you feel more confident. It is not a muscle building program specifically, but a happy consequence of becoming slimmer and fitter and it will make your muscle definition greater.
