To fix QuickBooks Error 15222, follow these steps: Ensure that Internet Explorer is set as your default browser. Check your anti-virus and firewall settings to make sure that QuickBooks is allowed to access the internet. If necessary, add exceptions for QuickBooks in your anti-virus and firewall settings. Check if your Internet Explorer is up to date. If it is not, update it to the latest version. Make sure that your computer's date and time are set correctly. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Restart your computer. Open QuickBooks and try to download the payroll update again. If the above steps do not work, try disabling the digital signature certificate in Internet Explorer.
