  6. Activation – the steps CERT self-activates if needed Email warnings (if possible) Call-tree activated (if possible) 24 hours in advance -- Phonevite Care for Yourself Your Family Your Neighbors Proceed to Rally Point – noting the damage observed along the way

  7. Activation – the steps Rally Point SCC: South Community Hall #4 or 5 KP: Banquet room Store-rooms SCC CA Hall, Room # 4 KP store room [SE corner, North club] CERT HQ [radios, admin] to be demolished!

  8. Activation-the steps Incident Commander- the first person at the Rally point Appoints deputies Contacts support groups Dispatches Damage assessment teams Sets up triage/medical teams/areas Continues until relieved But you need to know the Common Organization!
