Where can I find Hotel info?Rate Rules • HOV Screen – Rate Rules • ALWAYS ALWAYS check the rate rules in HOV • Check the cancellation policy of that rate • Does it allow you to modify or cancel without penalty? • Does this rate with its stringent conditions meet my pax needs? Don’t just recommend the cheapest rate. • When must I cancel to avoid penalty?

We will retain the ! for standard BAR participants

Features • Complete Pricing provides an agent with the complete cost, including room rate, taxes and surcharges, of the hotel stay up front • Complete availability (HOC) display includes an APPROX TTL column, which lists the total cost of the hotel stay • Rate rules (HOV) and sell displays contain the complete pricing information Benefits • Improved efficiency by eliminating manual calculations • Provides customers with better service by giving them the true cost of their hotel stay • Total Price is stored and printed on the itinerary – reduces customer service issues

Key Targets: • Enhance availability search functionality • Replace free text elements with formatted data New search qualifiers: • Number of rooms • Number and ages of children • Bedding configuration (1 King or 2 Double, etc) Key Elements: • Complete Pricing “Plus” : Return complete price on HOC, including children price and extra persons • Multi-Room Availability: validate availability of the room/rate products for which multiples were desired and identify if the desired number of rooms are available for that room type

What is Complete Pricing Plus Key Elements (continued): • Formatted Descriptive Room, Rate and Rule Data: replace free text descriptions of the following fields with OTA compliant indicators or formatted text • Bedding Configuration (e.g. 1 King Bed = 1K) • Room View • Rate Category (i.e. R=RAC, C=COR, G=GOV) • Smoking vs. Non-Smoking • Meal - indicator if Breakfast, Lunch and/or Dinner is included and meal type (if specified) • Commissionable vs. Non-Commissionable • Deposit, prepay, guarantee requirements • Whether or not credentials are required • Formatted CXL policy w/date & time • Store Key Rate/Rule Data in Booking Record

Negotiated Rates - Help? • A few reasons why you can’t see neg rates • Availability closed out Check availability for ONE night for 3 consecutive months eg 1 Sep, 1 Oct, 1 Nov • PCC not given viewership Check if the neg rates of any other hotel from SAME chain is showing. • Neg rates not loaded Either contact the chain to load or seek Travelport’s help
