My Supervisor is a system that allows us to integrate our customer account data and our dialer capability into one solution.
The Search/Pick Account screen gives the account manager the following options to search for accounts in My Supervisor:
The Contacts Tab displays information about each available contact on the customer’s account.
The TransactionHistorytab displays information regarding financial transactions on an account such as:
The Activities Tab displays all permanent account notes including:
The Vehicle Tab displays information about the customer’s vehicle including:
The Financial Tab displays information about various fees on the account including:
Late Charges Fees incurred when monthly payment is past.
Other Fees Fees incurred to repossession related occurrences.
Misc. Fees Fees that incurred when a payment is return.
SpeedPay Fees Fees incurred when a payment is made with a debit, credit card, or ACH (check).
Interest Interest that is accessed daily and loan to date.
The Contract Tab displays basic information about the customer’s contract including:
Maturity DateDate the customer’s last payment is to be paid.
Contract Date Date the contract was signed by the customer.
The Insurance Tab provides the most up-to-date insurance information that we have for the vehicle including:
The Misc. Tab displays:

The Tools Tab displays detailed information about deferments, modifications, and due date changes that have been applied to an account.
The Verifications Tab displays the most up-to-date contact information that we have on file for each customer.
