  3. Intro to My Supervisor My Supervisor is a system that allows us to integrate our customer account data and our dialer capability into one solution.

Intro to My Supervisor • Search/Pick Account Screen The Search/Pick Account screen gives the account manager the following options to search for accounts in My Supervisor: • • Account Number • • Application ID • • Name • • Social Security Number • • Phone Number • • Vehicle Identification Number – VIN

  6. Intro to My Supervisor • Master Account Screen • Displays all applicable information relevant to servicing a customer’s account within a point and click call processing system.

  12. Intro to My Supervisor Financial Tab The Financial Tab displays information about various fees on the account including: Late Charges Fees incurred when monthly payment is past. Other Fees Fees incurred to repossession related occurrences. Misc. Fees Fees that incurred when a payment is return. SpeedPay Fees Fees incurred when a payment is made with a debit, credit card, or ACH (check). Interest Interest that is accessed daily and loan to date.

  13. Intro to My Supervisor • Contract Tab The Contract Tab displays basic information about the customer’s contract including: Maturity DateDate the customer’s last payment is to be paid. Contract Date Date the contract was signed by the customer. • Interest Rate Percentage of interest the customer agreed to pay on the loan. • Original Terms Number of monthly payments scheduled to be made on the vehicle.

  14. Intro to My Supervisor • Insurance Tab The Insurance Tab provides the most up-to-date insurance information that we have for the vehicle including: • • Insurance Company Name • • Policy Binder Number • • Expiration Date • • Agent Name • Agent Phone Number

  16. Intro to My Supervisor • Tools Tab The Tools Tab displays detailed information about deferments, modifications, and due date changes that have been applied to an account.

  17. Intro to My Supervisor • Verifications Tab The Verifications Tab displays the most up-to-date contact information that we have on file for each customer.
