  2. IA Update • Annual Fund • Alumni Affairs and Events • Capital Projects Fundraising • Spaulding-Paolozzi Center Project • Saunders Sports Complex • Residence Halls • Winter No-Show Gala • Communications Plan

  3. Annual Fund Mid-Year Progress • Goal: $400,000 from 1,910 donors up from $345,220 and 1,592 donors in FY 06-07 • To date $251,957 from 1,431 donors • Raise average trustee gift from $3,570 to $5,000 • To-date average trustee gift is $4,856 • Increase alumni donors and dollars by 25% to 1,595 and $175,000 respectively • To date alumni donors are up 2% over all of last year and dollars are down 13% from last year’s total of $139,604.84 to $123,741

  4. Employee Giving • To date 39 employee donors to the Annual Fund, or 26% participation. Our goal is 47 Annual Fund donors. • Also, 5 restricted gifts for a total of 44 employee donors total.  • The Staff Appeal to date has gained 7 new employee payroll deductions and two outright gifts. 

  5. Alumni & Advancement Events • Winter Carnival Reception, Hotel Saranac, February 9 • Southern Adirondack Alumni Gathering, March 26, Brant Lake • Sugar Bush Breakfast, April 19 • Natural Selections Live, April 20 (with NCPR) • Reunion, June 6-8

  6. Spaulding-Paolozzi Center Project • Goal: $2.6 M • Raised: $1.863 M • Need: $736,115

  7. Saunders Sports Complex • Goal: $3.3 M • Raised: $1.8M • Need: $1.5 M Jam the Gym Celebration Students in Movement Studio

  8. Alumni Class Gifts for New Residence Halls Furnishings Royal Endorsement Goal: $100,000 for furnishing 50 rooms. Average gift estimated at $100, estimated number of gifts 1,000. To date: $1,950.00 (13 gifts)

  9. Winter No-Show Gala • Taking a break from NYC • Will have a Summer Gala on campus likely 8/16/08

  10. Communications • Communications Plan in place • Visual Identity and Standards Manuel and Copy Style guide in final review • Message mapping workshop this afternoon • Web site readies imminent launch

  11. Website Progress • Monday & Tuesday Final Review by Content Owners • Wednesday Beta testing begins • January 31 Launch
