INTRODUCTION People in Medieval times that were in the royal court enjoyed watching entertainers ,huntsmen and liked watching falconry's being trained , and both adults and kids liked playing games.
Music Minstrels and Troubadours liked entertaining people. They preformed in the royal court, nobles’ great hall and at fairs. Things they sang about were kings, war, heroes, chivalry and love. Musical instrument in Medieval Times were the lyre, Harp,Gittern ,Bagpipes, Hurdy-gurdy organ and drums. Hurdy-gurdy organ Lyre
Hunting Vi The king owned the royal forests him and his guest go hunting to put food on the table. Valuable items for hunting are trained horses and dogs.They cost a lot of money.
Hunting vii (falconry) Falconry is a type of popular . They were very valuable. Also it many hours to train them. The nobles would always send a hawk or a falcon in the air to search for prey. Falcons are not allowed to eat birds it caught. When the hunting day was over the falcons and hawks were rewarded with a nice dish of food then they get to fly around for fun.
What hunters wore Hunters wore a glove when they were dealing with falcons. They used a glove so that the falcon won’t bite them. The falcons usually will just stand on there hand.
Words you may not know Minstrels and Troubadours- are traveling musicians who entertain people in different places. Chivalry- is a way a knight will act in front of a lady. VI-means 1st VII-2ND Lyre, Gittern, Hurdy-gurdy organ, and bag pipes-are musical instruments
