What is DCO The DCO service is the designated enterprise tool for world-wide synchronous and asynchronous collaboration for both the Unclassified but Sensitive Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol Routing Network (SIPRNet).  DCO is available to all DoD partners, allowing users to communicate and share information in a secure forum through the use of instant messaging, low-bandwidth text chat, and audio/video web conferencing

Standard Features • Connect 8.2 provides operational and functional enhancements, including: • Drag and Drop Sharing: Presenters can select files and drag them to a share pod to allow all participants to view selected files in a full-screen format. • Private Chats: Meeting attendees can initiate private chats with other attendees in conversation specific tabs. • PDF Support: PDF files can be uploaded and shared without having to convert the PDF to an alternate file format. • Action Menu: intuitive groupings of action buttons for broadcasting video & audio.
