  3. Conclusión • CRBV. Artículo 109 – Reconoce la autonomía universitaria – Dedicarse a la búsqueda de conocimiento – Inviolabilidad del recinto universitario • Existe un plan para acabar con el Capital Intelectual y el Pensamiento Crítico en las universidades.
