This is a common source of anger and aggression on toddlers. Por contrario, it requires a calm, consistent approach. Have you ever heard of terrible two’s? If No, then now you know. Be sure to apply calm and wisdom if best results are expected. Parents should always avoid precipitants such as hunger and tiredness. To learn how to divert the tantrum by distraction. Never forget to stay calm to teach control. Always reward good behavior. Try to ignore bad behavior until calm ensues. To enforce time-out and avoid countering with aggression if need be. Other unwanted habits are thumb sucking, nail biting, head banging, hair pulling, encopresis (passing faeces in inappropriate places)In most cases the parents should be reassured that the behaviour is very common, often normal and that with time and common sense it can be controlled. Parents must try hard not to be angry or aggressive as this may reinforce the bad behaviour in the child. To know more about child care articles.
