  7. Program Goals • Increase visibility of the Libraries • Strengthen relationships with Resource Development and the Alumni Association. • Achieve Campaign goal of $20 million • Develop a donor base of 1000 (up from 300)

  8. Resources: • From Libraries • For Development & Communications: $55,000 Operating Budget, 2.5 FTE, infrastructure • From Central Development • 20% staff member, database & support, research, Planned Giving, Foundation Relations • From Alumni Association
