High Temperature Silver Coating & Paint

High Temperature silver coating enables paints to protect and preserve color and structure at higher temperatures. It is designed to withstand temperatures of up to 600 u00b0C in order to guard against corrosion. It offers security for substrates where high operating temperatures affect the quality and performance of other coatings. Protexion provides high temperature silver coating for the safety of steel substrates from a variety of temperatures.

  1. High Temperature Silver Coating & Paint High Temperature silver coating enables paints to protect and preserve color and structure at higher temperatures. It is designed to withstand temperatures of up to 600 °C in order to guard against corrosion. It offers security for substrates where high operating temperatures affect the quality and performance of other coatings. Protexion provides high temperature silver coating for the safety of steel substrates from a variety of temperatures. This coating protects equipment and minimizes downtime by using premium materials engineered to withstand extreme high temperatures while also providing protection against corrosion in industries such as aerospace, petrochemical, power, manufacturing and military. Within our Guard range we have many products that will not break or chip up to 600°C. Through using our wide range of manufacturers, we can supply you with the most advanced high-temperature coatings. Application of high temperature Coating: Suitable for application to bare metal The surface should be clear, dry and free of grease. www.protexion.in nilesh@protexion.in

  2. Don't add the primer. The best application temperature is between 15 and 250C. Maintain proper ventilation, shake the bottle for two minutes and spray from a distance of 30 cm. Apply the paint in several thin layers shaking the can between applications. The surface will be tack free after 15 minutes and will be hardened after one hour at 160oC. Smoke will develop during this process. The drying time depends on the atmospheric temperature, the humidity of the air and the thickness of the paint applied. These are ideal for high- temperature hot piping, stacking exteriors, furnaces, exhaust pipes, engine parts, silencers, chimneys etc and can be applied directly to properly prepared surfaces. Resistant coating from heat and aluminium chimney coating also proven to protect against insulation corrosion in process- based installations covering a number of markets. When considering high operating temperatures, consider our line of high temperature coatings to protect your assets This type of coating provides aesthetic and durable protection for steel and other substrates. Moreover, many of our high temperature coatings can be used on warm surfaces. This special feature makes it easier to paint without shutting down the machines. These coatings have optimum output with all high temperature paint specifications. We also have a number of heat-resistant coatings, including the innovative Hi-Temp range.
