Types of animal testing In Virtro Testing The LD50 test: Giving a group of animals substances until half dies. The Draize test: Placing substances into eyes or onto the skin.
Animals being tested Rabbits and rodents for Draize Pigs for cardiovascular system Farm animals for safety ingestion
