Noah Smith and Emma Johnson live in Texas, USA. Emma works as an arts teacher in a school at Texas. Noah works at the cultural department of the government for 2 years. Emma works for 1 year in that school. Noah is fair complexioned blond girl. Emma is brunette with brown hair. Noah loves travelling and Emma loves reading books. Noah asked, “ Do you know anything about the culture of Texas?”
Emma said, “ There is a mixture of the Southern or Dixie and Western or frontier along with Southwestern or Mexican or anglo fusion influence.” Noah asked, “What is the popular food of Texas?” Emma said, It is breakfast burrito along with soft flour tortilla shrouded in the bacon along with scrambled eggs. There are cooked fillings.”
Noah said, “There is a traditional culture of Texas. It had started around 18th and 19th centuries. It is really interesting to find the immigration of Texas and different cultures have come from various parts of the world.” Emma said, “What is the image of Texas?” Noah said, It is the cowboy culture and country western music.” Emma said, “What is the popular slogan of Texas?”
Noah said, “ It is “don’t mess with Texas. This had been adopted in 1986. It is a statement of identity.” Emma said, “ Which is the largest US state?” Noah replied, “It is Texas and Alaska gained statehood in 1959.” Emma asked, “What is the popular phrase?” Noah said, It is "everything is bigger in Texas" and it has been used in 1950 and they have been utilized since 1913.” Emma said “ Houston has been a popular American city. “
Noah said, “Yes. Do you know the popular cultural centers?” Emma said, “ They are Houston grand opera, Houston symphony orchestra, Houston ballet, the alley theatre.” Noah said, “ Do you have any idea of downtown Houston?” Emma said, “ It is second in USA, and there are 12,948 seats for their live performances along with 1,480 movie seats”. Noah asked, “When Modern art museum of fort worth was founded?”
Emma said, “It is 1892 and it is also known as The Modern. This has been regarded as oldest art museum of Texas.” Noah asked, “What are the other museums of Texas?” Emma said, “ They are kimbell art museum, amon carter museum, national cowgirl museum, will rogers memorial center.” Noah said, “What are the popular art venues of Texas? Is there any center for asian art and sculpture center?”
Emma said, “They are Dallas museum of art, Morton H. Meyerson symphony center, margot and bill winspear opera house, trammel and Margaret crow collection of asian art and nasher sculpture center. “ Noah asked, “What are the jazz and blues hotspot?” Emma said, “It is Deep Ellum district at Dallas and it occurred in 1920s and 1930s in Southern United States.” Noah asked, “Who are the popular artists?”
Emma said, “They are Blind lemon Jefferson, Robert Johnson, lead belly, Bessie smith.” Noah asked, “Which is the live music capital of the world?” Emma said, “ It is Austin. The spots are Nashville, los angeles, Memphis, Las Vegas, Los Angeles etc.” Noah asked, “What is the multimedia festival?” Emma said, “It is south by southwest”.
Noah asked, “Do you know anything about Austin City Limits?” Emma said, “ It is the longest concert on music in the television of America.” Noah asked, “Which music festival is organized at Zilker park?” Emma said, “It is Austin city limits music festival.”
Noah asked, “Do you know anything about San Antonio?” Emma said, “ From 1980, San Antonio has grown as Tejano music capital of the world. “ Noah asked, “Do you have any idea of Tejano music awards?” Emma said, “It is the forum developed for spreading awareness on Tejano music and culture.” Noah said, “Lets have some coffee and snacks.”
Emma replied, “Okay.” Noah said, “Today, we had a great discussion about Texas, isn’t it ?” Emma replied, “Yes! Perfect!”
