Heart 2 Heart Program: Connecting the World Through Cooperation and Generosity

Heart 2 Heart Program fosters cooperative partnerships between District 4170, District 4140, and the US, with a focus on Rotary Foundation grants and global grant projects. By emphasizing areas such as disease prevention, maternal and child health, and economic development, the program aims to make a positive impact on communities. The Heart 2 Heart initiative promotes the spirit of People of Action who strive to create a difference in the world through acts of service and humanitarian efforts. Partnering with TRF and leveraging partnerships with FURMEX, the program facilitates sustainable projects that support communities in need. To ensure the success of the program, partnerships with various entities, including Rotaractors, Interactors, and non-Rotarians, are encouraged. Partnership opportunities for US • Districts, clubs & individuals can participate at any time regardless of size • Project opportunities now available year round • Multiple project options; six areas of focus • Not just a one-time, one-project partnership • Team ownership of projects • Partnerships in other projects (Ameca River, Hot Meals, Columbia peace project) • Connections with other US Rotarians (Nebraska, California, N Illinois, North Carolina)

Schedule a club program on Heart 2 Heart 7. Support the Rotary Foundation
