This was a short definition of what exactly burpees does the process of executing burfi in the right and proper manner is what will make all the difference. barbies is basically a four step procedure that done together will help you achieve a better body for the beginning you have to keep yourself in a squat down position with your arms and foot both on the ground after that you need to get ready to jump so that you can land up in a push up position. then you have to perform a single push up after which you have to jump back to the previous position and bring your feet and the need and leap into the air. Afterwards we have to land back on smoothly and repeat the same process again and again.
