  6. Panama Canal Expansion (PCE): Expands upon the existing “Memorandum of Understanding” (MOU’s) between the Panama Canal Authority and ports in the United States to reach out to the business community and expand export/import opportunities through the knowledge of each other’s capabilities

  7. Trade Promotion Agreement (TPA): Builds and expands open, transparent and meaningful relationships between the US and Panama businesses, chambers of commerce and business associations for stronger direct business education about the advantages and uses of the Trade Promotion Agreement

  8. National Export Initiative (NEI): Brings the expertise (personnel, knowledge and marketing) to United States exporters to increase their knowledge and capabilities in order to expand trade opportunities through Panama

United States Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness (ACSCC): Private/Public/Partnership Acts as a liaison between industry and government and is an important step toward ensuring facilitated contact with industries such as manufacturing, distribution and exporting and importing through Panama
