  2. 大綱 • 下載及安裝 • 系統設定(完成安裝，初次使用) • 檢索 • 匯出 • 批次操作 ＊檢索＊上傳holdings • 常用功能鍵名稱

  3. 下載 • 下載網址：http://psw.oclc.org/，選擇”Software and Download”，輸入帳號密碼，下載Connexion client 2.10 complete software(44.1M) • 作業系統：Windows 2000, Windows XP、Vista • 支援中日韓文輸入，可自行安裝輸入法

  4. 開始安裝Client 2.1 安裝 • 步驟1：解壓縮 • 步驟2： • 步驟3：

  5. 安裝 步驟4：安裝進行中 步驟5：安裝完成， 點選Close即可。

  6. 安裝 • 步驟6：顯示安裝成功 • 步驟7：桌面會出現 捷徑圖示， 於C碟自動建立目錄。 C:\Program Files\OCLC\Connexion • 獲得更詳細的Connexion Client產品資訊： http://www.oclc.org/support/documentation/connexion/client/default.htm

  7. 系統設定：設定帳號 操作步驟 Tools Options Authorization 輸入帳號密碼

  8. 系統設定：批次匯出 操作步驟 Tools Options Batch Perform local actions in batch 勾選 Bibliographic Record Export

  9. 系統設定：匯出檔案儲存位置 操作步驟 Tools Options Export Create 選擇File

  10. 連線 操作步驟 點選 畫面出現歡迎訊息

  11. 檢索 操作步驟 Cataloging Search WorldCat 可檢索資源如下： WorldCat書目 線上暫存檔 線上館藏常用段 電腦端暫存檔 電腦端館藏常用段

  12. 檢索 輸入檢索詞 選擇檢索欄位 選擇書目類型 選擇出版年

  13. 檢索結果 點選所要書目呈現書目紀錄

  14. 步驟1：上傳館藏代碼 → F8步驟2：儲存書目紀錄 → F4 館藏代碼 可進行書目內容編輯 新增欄位 → Enter 刪除欄位 → Alt+Del 建立分欄→ Crtl+D

  15. 步驟3：檢視所有已儲存檔案 → F3 直接點選OK

  16. 匯出 步驟1： MARK 所有書目 Action Export or 直接點選 ActionExport

  17. 匯出 步驟2： Batch Process Batch 步驟3： 勾選Path的第一個框框 勾選Export 點選OK

  18. 匯出 步驟4： 選擇匯出途徑 點選OK 畫面出現正在匯出的視窗

  19. 匯出成功 匯出書目列表

  20. 批次檢索&上傳

  21. 為何要使用Batch功能? • 時機? 1. 整批圖書待編，需一次大量檢索書目資料時 2. 使用Z39.50檢索出的書目，需批次上傳館藏 代碼時 • 好處? 1. 縮短冗長的編目作業流程 2. 節省單筆檢索上傳的作業時間

  23. 批次檢索 步驟1： 先將ISBN資料鍵為文字檔

  24. 步驟2： Batch Enter Bibliographic Search Keys 批次檢索

  25. 批次檢索 步驟3： 將文字檔匯入

  26. 步驟4： Batch Process Batch 批次檢索

  27. 步驟5： 選擇匯入途徑 Online Searches 點選OK 畫面出現正在匯入的視窗

  30. 批次Update Holdings - 方法2 步驟1： 先將書目的OCLC Number整理成文字檔

  32. 步驟3：Browse 選取文字檔選擇Update Holdings 批次Update Holdings

  33. 步驟4： Import匯入 點選OK 畫面出現正在上傳的視窗

  34. 批次Update Holdings完成 上傳館藏書目列表

  36. WebDewey is… • 線上版的杜威分類法 • 包括了完整的主表, 複分表, 與相關索引 • 更包含了LCSH的標題表部份 • 更新頻率：季更新
