  6. Change Control Process • Change requests will be formally written and routed to Project Management through David Hardison. • Requests that may impact the timeline will be presented to the business owner (Don Witt). • Requests that are denied may also be appealed to the business owner (Don Witt).

  7. Contingency Plans • Nov 06 Decision on amount of academic history to load (CMU providing comparative data) • Nov 06 Decision about requesting extension of mainframe • Feb 07 Determine if schedule needs to be entered into SIS1 ***Priority Registration windows will be extended to help distribute the load 1 If entry into SIS is required, it will be accomplished through IRIS team

Communication Plan • Aug 22 Steering Committee Meeting • Aug 22 Provost Dean’s Meeting - Phyllis • Aug 23 Meet with Jacquie Hager and Stephen Barnett of Registrar’s Office • Aug 25 Meet with Enrollment Management Areas • Aug 25 Meet with Campus Management Advisory Group • Aug 28 Send out mass email with details of CM Schedule • Ongoing Work with Lana on CM Communication Plan

Phase II (July 2007 – June 2008) • Workflow • Auto email for various student notifications • Waitlist notifications • Grade change/submissions • Student Self-Service • Transcript request/status checking • Document Archiving (Imaging) Project – Student Accounting History • Customer Relationship Management for student recruitment
