  4. LEGACY CHANGES • Redirect users to complete the process in the web • Correspondence module will be removed as an option.

  5. HOW TO ACCESS • Under CCS Modules • Or by using the quick links

  6. SEARCH CORRESPONDENCE • Quick select: By Incomplete, Ready to send, Submit for approval • Simple search: By date range, county or client • Advanced search: By user, correspondence or status

  7. SEARCH RESULTS • Display/select client(s) for viewing or creating letters • Send Miscellaneous letter or search for existing letter

  8. SEARCH RESULTS • Display/select letter(s) for viewing, modifying, printing, canceling, deleting or sending via Web Correspondence. • New letter status will be assigned for reference.

  9. LEGACY SERIES LETTER • Clicking on the hyperlink will allow a user to edit, save or print an incomplete series letter. • The select box allows multiple letters to be printed or attached to a web message at a time.

  10. MANUAL CORRESPONDENCE Edit: • Free text • Courtesy Copies • Comments After editing: • Save • Save/Print • Cancel Letter

  11. VIEW/PRINT LETTERS • Completed letters will display in a pop up window for previewing and printing.

  12. GENERATE MISC. LETTERS • Select the client and click on Create misc letter

  13. SELECT MISC. LETTER • Users may select letters not associated to a series or an specific action, such as Free text, LEA, PSA and NPPS.

  14. APPROVAL PROCESSThis is an optional feature for counties. The approval process allows a county to assign letters to another user for review and approval. Notice of Action, Cancellation letter and Free Text letters are available for approving.

  15. APPROVAL PROCESSThis is an optional feature for counties. Counties may assign someone to review and approve specific letters before sending.

  16. APPROVAL PROCESSThis is an optional feature for counties. From the edit screen, users may select a user from a list of approved users.

  17. APPROVAL PROCESSWeb Message A Web Message is sent to approver(s) with the letter attached for review and approval. The sender may include additional comments in the body of the Web Message before sending if necessary.

  18. APPROVAL PROCESSWeb Message A Web Message will appear in the approver(s) inbox for taking an action.

  19. APPROVAL PROCESSPreview Screen The approver may view the letter and approve, edit or delete the letter.
