According to health resource website WebMD by drinking water before every meal you can reduce the taking 75 calories per meal and in a yearly count this reduced amount become 27,000 calories.

  5. Breakfast is the most important meal for start our day and to make your weight to go down do not skip it. According to various study, those people who skip their breakfast almost every day tend to heavier than those who eat their breakfast regularly. A healthy breakfast full of nutrients and vitamin helps you to gain a healthy body with right weight and give the energy to face the day.

  7. Drinking tea or coffee is also a way to lose your weight. The caffeine present in the coffee help to boost your metabolism which breaks down the in the body and as a result your weight will go down. And if you want to stop your overeating habit then drink tea or coffee after your meal and it will make you feel fuller.
