Check on any sound or additional technology you need Hang up any additional visuals that you are using and/or arrange the room as needed Audience • Clear your desks and give you undivided attention to the presenters • Electronic use and conversations should only occur in-between presentations • I will need two timers each day to signal a 1 minute warning to presenters and to give me total time.
