Questions on education and employmentthat came up in the exam: • Tu peux décrire ton école/ton collège? • C’est une école pour les garçons? • Quelle est ta matière préférée ? • Est-ce qu’il y a une matière que tu n’aimes pas? • As-tu beaucoup de devoirs? • Que portes-tu au collège? • Quels sports fais-tu? • Quelle est ta routine scolaire?

  3. 9) Aimes-tu la cantine? Pourquoi? 10) Quel est ton plat/repas préféré? 11) Qu’est-ce que tu vas faire après les GCSEs/ l’année prochaine? 12) Quel serait ton emploi idéal / de rêve? Future = Je vais + infinitive Conditional = je voudrais / je pourrais / j’aimerais + infinitive

  4. Questions on leisure/free time that came up in the exam • Qu’est-ce que tu aimes faire quand tu es libre? Pourquoi? • Est-ce que tu t’intéresse à la musique?/Quelle sorte de musique aimes-tu? • Qu’est-ce que tu as fait le weekend dernier? • Qu’est-ce que tu vas faire le weekend prochain? • Décrit ton weekend idéal / de rêve.

Past (perfecttense) = J’ai / je suis + pastparticiple • Future = je vais + infinitive • Conditional = je voudrais / je pourrais / j’aimerais + infinitive If youhear/see« prochain », think _________ If youhear/see« dernier », think ___________ If youhear/see« idéal(e) / de rêve, think ___________

  6. Describingyourpicture There are 3 phases : 1) description of the picture (yourpresentation!) 2) hypothetical questions about the picture (examiner) 3) General questions from the sametopic area (examiner)

  7. 1) Describingyourpicture • Try to use all the recommendedlanguage and thinkobjects, colours, patterns, size, position, clothing, appearance. • Categorise the followingvocabularyaccording to the listabove: Une tasse / bleu foncé / frisés/ à rayures / à côté de / énorme / entre /une robe / vert clair / une chaise / un mur / un chapeau/ devant / un livre / derrière / une fenêtre / minuscule / joli / à carreaux / à pois / roux /
