ELECTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Data and Information Sharing Smart Voters App • इस एप्प को आपका मतदाता गूगल प्ले स्टोर से फ्री मे डाउनलोड कर सकता है, उसके बाद अपनी वोटर आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर डालकर उसे एक्टिवेट कर सकता है। • इस एप्प से आपका मतदाता अपनी व अपने परिवार की ई-वोटर पर्ची मंगवा सकता है, अपनी कोई समस्या बता सकता है और मतदान वाले दिन ये भी अपडेट कर सकते है की उन्होंने अपना वोट डाल दिया है।

ELECTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Data and Information Sharing Smart Volunteer App • सबसे पहले कार्यकर्ता को रजिस्टर किया जायेगा और उसका कार्यक्षेत्र निर्धारित किया जायेगा। • रजिस्टर होने के पश्चात, कार्यकर्ता के मोबाइल पर एक मैसेज आएगा जिसमे उसे एक स्मार्ट मोबाइल एप्प का लिंक व आईडी, पासवर्ड मिलेगा और कार्यकर्ता आईडी, पासवर्ड डाल कर स्मार्ट मोबाइल एप्प यूज़ कर सकेगा। • इस एप्प मे उसे उसके कार्यक्षेत्र से सम्बंधित सूचनाये मिलेंगी जैसे कुल मतदाता, कुल पुरुष, कुल स्त्री, कुल मतदान केंद्र, कुल बूथ, कुल कालोनी एवं पिछले चुनाव की बढ़त। • एप्प मे दिए गए एक लिंक द्वारा मतदाताओ की समस्याएं एकत्र कर पायेगा।

ELECTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Data and Information Sharing Smart Volunteer App • जनसम्पर्क कर अपने कार्य क्षेत्र से प्राप्त मतदाताओ की जातिं, पार्टी के प्रति उनके रुझान, मोबाइल नंबर अपडेट कर सकते है और मतदाता की आवश्यकता पर एप्प द्वारा वोटर सर्च और वोटर पर्ची मतदाता के मोबाइल पर भी भेज सकते है। • यहाँ जैसे-जैसे कार्यकर्ता अपना कार्य करता जायेगा वैसे-वैसे वह अपने कार्य के आंकड़े इस एप्प पर देख सकता है जैसे उनके क्षेत्र के कितने मतदाताओ ने मतदाता वोटर्स एप्प डाउनलोड की है, कितनो ने वोटर पर्ची मंगवाई है, कितने मतदाता है जिनके मोबाइल नं, जाति और पार्टी के प्रति उनके रुझान आ चुके है, यहाँ मतदान वाले दिन यदि आपका कार्यकर्ता ये अपडेट करे की किस-2 मतदाता ने वोट डाल दिया है या अपने मतदाता को ये अपडेट करने के लिए कहे की मतदान के बाद वोटर्स मतदाता एप्प द्वारा ये सुनिश्चित करे की उसने अपना वोट डाल दिया है तो आपका कार्यकर्ता इस एप्प पर कितने वोट डल चुके है उसके भी आंकड़े देख सकता है। • इस एप्प के माध्यम से कार्यकर्ता अपने द्वारा दी गयी सभी सूचनाओ के आधार पर अपने पक्ष के मतदाताओ की सूचि भी प्राप्त कर सकेगा।
