  3. ACE • When: Friday, January 15, 2010 • Time: 9:00-10:00 AM • Where: Azusa High School • We’re letting the young ones know what’s going on in engineering and science…

  4. TV Taping • When: Saturday, January 16, 2010 • Where: Raleigh Studios • 1600 Rosecrans Ave., Manhattan Beach • Time: 10:00- 1:30 PM

  5. SHWEBE Day • Pronounced SHHH-WEEEE-BEEEE Day • When: Saturday, January 16, 2010 • Where: Ganesha Park, Pomona • Time: 10:30- 4:00 PM • Come relax, eat and mingle with the members of SHSE, SWE, and NSBE! There will be food, fun and a tournament!

  6. Study Session • When: Thursday, January 21, 2010 • Where: Bldg. 9-258 • Time: 2:00- 4:00 PM • The first of the midterms coming around soon!

  7. BJ’s Social • When: Thursday, January 21, 2010 • Where: BJ’s in West Covina • Time: 8:30- END • Cost: $10

  8. Relay For Life • When: Sat.-Sun., April 10-11, 2010 • What: It’s only exercising to us, but it’s hope for a cancer patient! • We need 10-25 people to help us help this cause!

  9. Breakfast With Industry • When: Friday, January 29, 2009 • Time: 8:00- 10:00 AM • You need to preregister in order to attend this event! • To register, e-mail the following to industryrelations@calpolyshse.org: • Full Name • Major • Complete and updated resume

  11. Amendment • Article VI. Elections • Section 5. Vacancies • In the case of the incapacity or the resignation of the President, the Executive Vice President will be the successor. The position of the Executive Vice President will be filled by a member who is selected by the Executive Board Committee with approval, by a quorum vote stated in Article VII, of the membership. In the case of the incapacity or the resignation of any of Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Secretary, or Club Representative, the position will be filled by a member who is selected by the Executive Board Committee with approval, by a quorum vote, of the membership. Voting will take place at the first available general meeting. • Article VI. Elections • Section 5. Vacancies • In the case of the incapacity or the resignation of the President, the Executive Vice President will become the interim President. The Executive Vice President may become the successor to the President if he/she chooses. In the case he/she options not to become President, the Executive Board will decide on a candidate for the presidency. The position that remains vacant will be filled by a member who is selected by the Executive Board Committee with approval, by a quorum vote stated in Article VII, of the membership. In the case of the incapacity or the resignation of any of Vice Presidents, Treasurer, Secretary, or Club Representative, the position will be filled by a member who is selected by the Executive Board Committee with approval, by a quorum vote, of the membership.
