  2. Improvements • Added text-to-speech (MIT App Inventor) • Announces what happens at each button press • App can speak temperature to person • Small fan powered by 3V motor • User sets “target temperature”, fan turns on and off accordingly

  3. Hardware • Fan is attached to 3V motor • Driven by Adafruit motor driver • Rfduino interfaces between app and motor, powered by coin battery

  4. Overall Function • User can adjust “Target Temperature” • If target temperature is lower than the temperature measured by Rfduino, fan turns on and notifies user • Fan turns off and notifies user if either the air temperature decreases to the target temperature or if the user raises the target temperature to the air temperature
