  5. Step Three – Investigate Licensure & Compliance Requirements • Timelines • Space • Equipment/Supplies • Staffing Needs • Staff Training • Nutrition/Food Services • Operational Processes • Support Cost Model

Step Four – Develop Cost Analysis & Fee Structure Teacher/Student Ratio 1:20 Fee Structure 5 Days AM/PM $235/month ($13/day) 5 Days AM Only $115/month ($6/day) 5 Days PM Only $170/month ($9/day) Break-even Point 22 Students Enrolled (Salary, Training, Equipment, Supplies, Advertisement, License, Insurance)
