  3. DynaWrite • The DynaWrite is an Alternative and Augmentative Communication (ACC) device. It is designed to give nonverbal students or those with limited speech capabilities independence and control over their communication and environment. • The DynaWrite is a “type – and – talk” device that is simple to use and can get students communicating within minutes!

DynaWrite Features • Computer-style keyboard • Bright screen contrast • Word prediction for quick typing • Multiple voices to choose from • PC connectivity to use with word and email • Enabled to assist with for phone calls • Serves as a remote control for household appliances (TVs, DVD & CD Players etc.) • Built in spellchecker • Microphone to record favorite phrases

  5. How it Works • The real beauty of the DynaWrite is the simplicity of use. It is a dedicated speech generator device. Basic typing skills are all that are required. Simply type a message and a synthesized voice will turn your text to speech.

  6. Who the DynaWrite is for: • Individuals that are nonverbal or are limited in their verbal capabilities. • Students who have literacy skills and are familiar with computers.
