  13. In accordance with the Rotary Strategic Plan, Rotary Club of Gbagada South has developed a 3 Years strategic plan to put the club on the right pedestal. The strategic plan covers all Rotary’s Avenues of Service and Areas of Focus. StrategicPlan

CLUB ADMINISTARTION The following are the goals and responsibilities of the directorate club administration to ensure that the club is on the right pedestal towards achieving the goals for the next three years 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020. Club programmes To create and operate of an effective club website. To improve the attendance of members through a robust club activity. To ensure an effective fellowship with regular job talks and Rotary information. To reactivate Lucky dip and auction sales as a way of creating fun and fund raising. To recognise the best Rotarian for each month. To rejuvenation the family of Rotary fellowship. To carry out effective social welfares for members during wedding ceremony, naming ceremony, burial funeral, house warming, etc. Membership Goal The following are the goals of the membership directorate for the next three rotary years 2017-2018, 2018 – 2019 2019-2020: To retain 100 percent membership every year for the next 3 years. To increase in membership by 30% every year for the next 3 years (6 females, 7males; 70% below age 40 and 30% above age 40). To ensure we do not lose more than 10% membership at any time in the next three years. To form another Rotary club and get a corporate membership and associate members.

  16. Rotary Foundation Goals To encourage and ensure that all members of the club contributes to EREY. (Every Rotarian Every Year). To increase the number of Paul Harris Fellow to 9 members at least. To increase the number of Paul Harris Society by 100% every year for the next 3 years. To produce a Major Donor every year and increase with 100% of existing digits for the next 3 years. To ensure club donates $1500 to polio for 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 and 10% of donation to be added. To continue to use the window on district grant. To produce an Arch Klumph Fellow by the year 2019-2020 Public Image Goals: To rejuvenate the club’s website every year. Ensure all our projects are given adequate publicity within and outside our community. To use the media to propagate the work of rotary. Service Beyond Club Goals: To have minimum of two Assistant Governor every rotary year. To Have minimum of three Directorate Chairperson every rotary year. To have DT, DS etc. every five rotary years.

  19. The Club’s bulletin, the Gbagada Echo has won the Best Bulletin for the last two consecutive years. The Bulleting has been repackaged with improved content. The Gbagada Echo is produced every week. BULLETIN
