  2. About the CWB Annual Report Survey Sample 22 individuals provided feedback

  3. Is the concept of CWB Annual Reports being well received at the NO level? Everyone agrees that NO-level annual reporting for CWB is a good concept. • GC, RO and SO all believe this information would help gain better understanding of NO’s impact and needs to achieve CWB. • NOs believe this will help: • Align National Strategies to Partnership priorities • Report clearly to stakeholders on CWB impact. • Gain a broader understanding of NO’s contribution to WV. • Concerns about gathering information from enough ADPs to truly reflect the NO‘s impact.

  4. CWB Annual Report content and details • Feedback from GC, RO and SO • Some liked and others felt it was too long. • Suggest involving ADP staff • Feedback from NOs • Needs to be simplified, easier to read and have a concise-macro summary. • There is confusion in identity as reports vary between overall NO statistics and ADP-focused. • May not be easy to read for stakeholders and partners. • No linkage to MDGs. • Need further understanding on data collection methodology. NO CWB Annual Reports that were highly commended: • Armenia • Zambia

  5. CWB Annual Report format and structure Overall, the format and structure was well received. • Some key points from feedback: • An executive summary is needed at the beginning of the report. • An area to link components to CWB to National strategies and for flexibility to allow NOs to express their accomplishments in different ways (visually). • Improve indicator method descriptions. • In order to keep format simple and brief, methodology across ADPs must be consistent.

  6. Remove reporting redundancy by replacing other reporting requirements for Annual Reporting CWB. Communicate at multi-levels, the purpose of these reports and how to align with NO Strategy. Standardising indicators for design/redesign is important to measure across ADPs. Create a simple reporting tool for ADP staff and local partners that can feed into the national CWB report. A mechanism to streamline reporting and aggregate from ADP to NO levels. Use sponsorship data. Indicator measurement methodology for National level sampling needs to be standardised. Suggestions for next year?
