  2. What social skills do we have to use at Thanksgiving? • ALL OF THEM!! • Look at people (eye contact) • Have conversations • Be polite/expected • Social fake

  3. What to Wear • What will people think if you show up in sweatpants? • Might think of he’s not feeling well • He’s tired/ half asleep • Does he know it’s a holiday? • Since it’s a special occasion- we dress a bit nicer

  4. What can you wear that’s ‘nice’ but not ‘dressy’? • Nice Jeans • Sweater • Button-up shirt

  5. What to do if……. • The turkey is a little burnt and kind of dry- What should you say/ not say? • What if you are bored by the conversation at the table? • What if someone is serving something for dinner that you don’t like?
