  3. OEL - Agency Update Legislative Update • Committee weeks start September 16 • Legislative affairs has been moved to DOE • Funding formula report is due October 1 • Potentially more federal funds

  4. OEL - Agency Update Funding Formula Report • Must consider market rate, wage, salary, or cost of goods and services data by county • Must identify a minimum percentage of potentially eligible children served per county • Cannot use waiting list data • Is non-binding, i.e., the Legislature does not have to adopt or act upon it

  13. OEL – Agency Update EFS Modernization Project Update Staffing Changes • Hired 3 positions (2 BA, 1 QA) with 2 more positions being created. Production Support • Resolved over 5,000 tickets since March 25, 2019. • Conducted 40+ on-site visits and webinars. • Upcoming: OEL IT Support Portal launch. Releases • Deployed nine releases since March 25, 2019. • Upcoming planned releases: R4.1.4 and R4.2.
