  1. Various ways to design your bespoke envelopes

  2. Here are different styles of bespoke envelopes invitations to enable you to choose which may be best for you: Printed - the most straightforward and classic style of invitation. This style offers clean lines and no whine. It fits in the envelope easily and will give you the most minimum postage costs (depending on it's size!). These may feel like trivial aspects to consider-yet if you're having a large wedding and have 100 invitations to get stuffed into envelopes and then the postage costs that follow, sometimes it's the small details you have to think about! Don't imagine that 'classic' and 'no complains means 'boring' or 'uninteresting'. There are many beautiful and ornate designs in various colors that can be consummately matched to your day.

  3. Or many companies offer printed designs featuring your own photographs - what better prelude to your nuptials than images of you and your beloved as kids before you met each other? Die cut or Laser cut - these are the cards that have actual shapes and designs cut out of them giving them a very elegant and opulent feel. Certain intricate laser cut invitations can almost have the appearance of lace which could be an ideal accompaniment if you have a lacy wedding dress or perhaps vintage styled room dressings such as table cloths and seat covers. These are probably going to be one of the costliest kinds of wedding stationery per card because of the amount of work involved in making them.

  4. Because of their cost and uniqueness there's a good chance that you will really stand out with this kind of invitation and considerably more so if you pay to have a bespoke envelopes version created for you. Handmade -This term covers a broad range of different invitation styles and can be anything that has literally been assembled by hand! Many brides and grooms choose to make their own stationery and handmade is often the route they will go down as local craft stores often carry a wide range of beautiful embellishments such as ribbons, gemstones, Swarovski crystals and decoupage shapes and wording that can be blended and matched to create the ideal card. The possibilities within this range are interminable.

  5. Something again to remember is that adding chunky embellishments to the cards can make them thicker and therefore harder to fit in envelopes and in turn costlier to post. Remember to add this in to your budget if you have your heart set on a chunky handmade design! If you don't want to do the work yourself then there are numerous wedding stationery companies offering bespoke hand made products have a look around at what is being offered so that you can really get a good idea of what you want your own invitations to look like. You definitely don't have to compromise on style when there are so many options available to you!
