  1. 175 73h 71m3 m4ch1nz0n470rz! !73h guy!

  2. Okay-okay... The Time Machine, by H. G. Wells A book report by Teivmänn

  3. That’s it! Thank you for your attention! 2004 Tallinn, Estonia, EU, World, Solar System, Milky Way, The Universe

  4. The Author • Herbert George Wells (September 21, 1866 – August 13, 1946). • Lived. • Died. • His last words were, "I'm all right". • Great influence from his teacher - Thomas Henry Huxley, a famous advocate of the scientific theory of evolution.

  5. The Main Characters The Time Traveller: • Name is never given. (Apparently the narrator wants to protect his identity.) • He is an inventor. • His house is in Richmond, a suburb of London. • Probably smart – science and stuff. • He is the guy! – invented the TM and all. From this point on he’ll be referred to as Mr. T.

  6. The Main Characters The Narrator: • The narrator, Mr. Hillyer, is the Time Traveller's dinner guest. • Curious little fellow – returns to see what is up with the Time Traveller guy the next morning. • He is a guy. • Not a girl. • It true.

  7. The Main Characters Weena: • One of the Eloi. • Difficult to distinguish gender between them folks, but the guy is sure that Weena is female. I’m not. • Becomes Mr. T’s friend. • Behaviour child-like. • If I didn’t know better, I’d say she is suffering from Down’s syndrome.

  8. The Summary of the Piece (of sh...) • Bunch of rich dudes discussing stuff, Mr. T shows of with his skills. Next week T-master returns, all weary, tired and...all. • T-dude rockets off into the year 802701. Does some stuff there. Teivmänn will tell you all about it. • Rockets off, arrives onto the future...and the whole world is become...

  9. ELECTRONIC, SUPERSONIC. Ok, for real...

  10. Click to add title • The whole world is weird. Crabs walking around, air is thin, the Sun’s big like heck. If that ain’t weird then what is? • Yup, definitely weird, man. • T-fellow returns, real tired, tells his story. • Next day buzzes off, promising to come back with some proof. • The hell with it! • Lam0. OMG LOL!!1

  11. Do not click to add title • Click to add text

  12. Anal-Ysis • It’s a story within a story. • Communism, Capitalism and Marxism in the book. Wells’ own political anxieties and ideas sketched in the book. • The piece is a dystopia – or a negative utopia. • I like pie. • The progress-thingy.

  14. Differences From the Film • Mr. T doesn’t have a name. • Timedude never went back in time, as far as we know. • No freaking Emma. • In a version that Teivmänn has read, the Timecop, I mean Timeman, went to the near future but it was different. Interesting but different. • Mr. Time never went real far into the future. • Teivmänn knows/remembers no more.

  15. IMHO: • It sucked. • One of the best books I’ve ever read actually, very interesting. • Good describing skills. • Great knowledge of science-stuff. • Good points. • It rocked.

  16. Why do you always have to have a title? • Trogdor wasn’t in it. • No cars in it and no planes. • Definitely no beatboxing in it, def-def-definitely no beatboxing. • No other stuff completely unrelated to time-travelling in it. • Not very boring, quite readable. • Time-travelling is impossible.

  17. Yes it is. Believe me, I’ve tried. Ask Stephen Hawking.→

  18. It’s almost over! Can you believe it?

  19. I are thanking you many very much. Teivmänn
