Moment of Reflection • The IETF has changed, but as changes happen on long timescales, it may be hard to see them • Adminrest, the new datatracker, professional support organization, tools, IT systems, better transparency, IETF Trust, new participants, review teams, … • Much better environment today

  4. Some Challenges, Too • Keep delivering relevant standards, timely • Evolving the participant base • Long BOF-to-RFC delay • Process that is heavier at the end • Communication and IETF’s role in the world • …
