  2. Project Scenario Your team is being contracted to create a new educational Annex to Gotham City Science Museum. The funding for the wing comes from the legacy of a patron who was passionate about the environment and says this should be the focus of the building. Your team is responsible for the acquisition, refurbishment and opening of the new Annex. You have to acquire a suitable building, plan the capacity, exhibition space, educational facilities, and branding to launch the Annex. The Annex does not need to be in close proximity to the existing museum, but has to have the potential to house at least 4 school groups with an average size of 30 a day.
