Why this subject? - Bowman, Brandenberger, Lapsley, Hill & Quaranto (2010) found out that the number of hours spent volunteering and the number of organisations with which one volunteers are both positively associated with future well-being. - How about wellbeing now? - Stimulus. - There seems to be no Finnish studies done in this field before. Does participation in Stimulus has an effect on life quality?

  3. - Participation, life quality and its subareas were reflected in a Internet based questionnaire. - Questionnaire was sent out and responded by 16 current or former task holders of Stimulus. Information gathering
