  2. What is ISTRO • The International Soil Tillage Research Organization (ISTRO) • Founded on 27 September 1973 • Nonprofit, scientific, and education corporation • Registered in The Netherlands according to Dutch law.

  3. Goals of ISTRO • to promote contacts among scientists • to stimulate scientific research • to further the application of the results of such research into agricultural practice. In area of soil tillage and field traffic and their relationship with the soil environment, land use and crop production
