  1. List of Basic Functionalities • Master Details Masters contains basic information which are using in most pages. That reduces your efforts & reentry of details, You must enter master details first. • Post Inquiry Flow begins from Inquiry Post. When any client wants you to search property for them, you have to fill their Inquiry detail through “Post Inquiry”, that records client and their property details. 3. Get Prospective Client List to send SMS / Emails You can find Prospective Clients list against particular inquiry, that helps you to send SMS & Email to concerned clients to inform related property detail through our SMS [Free 10,000 SMS] & Email Blasting system, included with installation package. • Search Property [Quick Search / Advance Search] Property searcher helps you to search & print property details. • Close Inquiry When you get succeeded to setup a deal between two searcher who wants to Buy / Sell / Rent their property through you, you will have to close their inquiry with you and then enter dealing details through “Close Inquiry”. • Reports You can get around 16 different types of reports. You can also Export / Save those reports in PDF & Excel format.

  2. Categories are Types of Property like Residential, Commercial, Industrial, etc.. You can Add / Search / Edit details.

  3. Sub Categories like Flat, Tenements, Row Houses, etc. are subcategories of Residential Category. You can Add / Search / Edit details.

  4. State Master records list of all states of India. You can Add / Search / Edit details.

  5. City Master records list of all Cities of selected States of India. You can Add / Search / Edit details.

  6. Client Master records all details of current and existing clients. You can Add / Search / Edit details.

  7. You can set your Commission Rates for different types [Buy/Sell/On Rent/Take on rent], Categories, Subcategories, City & Area. You can set Commission Rate in both Percentage & Rupees. You can Add / Search / Edit details.

  8. Master detail records your contact information for sending SMS & Email through the system. You can Add / Search / Edit details.

  9. You can set new password for system authentication.

  10. You can take data backup anytime, System saves backup at specified location with specific name.

Post Inquiry • You can post Inquiry for Buyer / Seller / On Rent / Take On Rent • Buyer – Are those who want to buy property through you. • Seller – Are those who want to sell their property through you. • On Rent – Are those who want to give their property on rent through you. • Take On Rent – Are those who want to take property on rent through you. • You can directly add clients detail from this page also. • You can record clients Budget to Buy/Sell Property, Their property details, Property Photographs, Available Facility details, etc. • You can set Inquiry Priority by Hot / Cold. • If any exist pending inquiry has same client, that inquiry will automatically set priority to Hot. • Search Button - you can search existing posted Inquiry details & edit also. • Prospective Clients – you will get list of all prospective clients for particular Inquiry. • Message to Clients – you will send SMS to all prospective clients for particular Inquiry. • Email to Clients – you will send Email to all prospective clients for particular Inquiry.

Prospective Client List • You can set list types like All Details, Message to Client, Email to Client. • All Details – gives all details of prospective clients in both PDF & Excel. • Message to Client – gives Mobile No. of prospective clients with message in both PDF & Excel. • Email to Client – gives Email-Id of prospective clients with message in both PDF & Excel. • You can enter SMS / Email message content. • You can get system generated message content for SMS / Email. • Append Text joins your contact information, which you have mentioned in Master Details, with message content.

  13. Close Inquiry • You can close inquiry and set dealing information for Buyer / Seller / On Rent / Take On Rent. • You can search inquiry by entering either Inquiry Date / Inquiry No. [Code] or both, and select inquiry to make it closed. • You will directly get calculated your commission amount for entered deal amount by selecting Commission Code. • Search Button - you can search existing posted Inquiry details & edit also.

  14. Search Property • You can search property for Buyer / Seller / On Rent / Take On Rent. • Quick Searcher helps you to search by selecting less parameters like • Type, Category, Sub Category, City, Area [Preferred Location], Budget • Advance Searcher helps you to search based on some more parameters like • Type, Category, Sub Category, City, Area [Preferred Location], Budget, • Facility wise searching • Search Button – you will get list of property with brief overview as search result. • By selecting image, you will get complete property detail of particular inquiry. • Print Button – you will print that document and also can Export / Save it in PDF / Excel format.

  15. Reports • You will get 16 different types of reports, like • Commission Rate List • Client Report • All Clients • Hot Clients • Cold Clients • Pending Inquiry Report • All • By Client • By Date • By Code • Closed Inquiry Report • All • By Client • By Date • By Code • Deal Report • All • By Client • By Date • By Code • By Client – you will get report for particular client by selecting client name. • By Date – you will get report between selected date. • By Code – you will get complete detail report by entering particular code. • You can Export / Save / Print report in both PDF / Excel format.

  16. You can set new password for particular user.
