  1. There has been no consensus concerning supplementation of vitamin B12 Borderline deficiency (BDVB12) whose definition has recently been revisited, especially in diabetics under Metformin. Because the mechanism is yet to be understood, probably intricate patient-related factors and to his treatment. Discussion et Conclusion: • we notice a polymorphism of pharmacological’s associations weapons used according to diabetes pathophysiological mechanisms. • the therapeutic profile of the glycemic disorder appears to have little influence on the availability of vitamin B12. • kinetic analysis of both vitamin B12 and homocysteine objective that certainly the intravenous route seems to be the most effective in order to correct the deficit and thus improve the cardiovascular prognosis; nevertheless the sublingual route deserves moretrial before it is rejected in this indication.
