    5. Training Requirements to Sit for Exams (cont.) T3/T4 Exams * Applicants not holding T2 Full License Completion of Basic Treatment Course and Advanced Treatment Course * Applicants holding T2 Full License Completion of Advanced Treatment Course

    6. Training Requirements to Sit for Exams (cont.) Exemptions – Board may waive training requirements for any exam * requires written request to the Board All training courses must be approved by the Board

    7. Use of Sequential Exams Adopted by Board - Effective January 1, 2012 All applicants must complete exams sequentially * Must pass 1D/1T before taking 2D/2T * Must pass 2D/2T before taking 3D/3T * Must pass 3D/3T before taking 4D/4T

    8. Use of Sequential Exams (cont.) Exemptions * Applicant holding 1D/1T Full or OIT may take 2D/2T * Applicant holding 2D/2T Full or OIT may take 3D/3T * Applicant holding 3D/3T Full or OIT may take 4D/4T

    9. Board may waive requirements for taking exams sequentially in exceptional situations * requires written request to the Board Use of Sequential Exams (cont.)

    10. Adopted by Board - Effective March 4, 2011 Relevant CEUs accepted from IACET certified organizations Distance Learning/On-line Training accepted from: * accredited colleges or universities * IACET certified organizations * certifying authorities accepted by Board Requirements for TCHs

    11. Future Changes in Staffing Requirements MassDEP will be revising its regulations to require PWS with disinfection only to be staffed by operator with treatment license
