Observations • Possible Reasons for Decrease in page visits: • less backlinking activities (lack of OJT to assist the online marketing team) • ineffective email marketing program (emails go to spam, graphics are not displayed correctly) • Reasons why most visitors were not converted to desired actions (registration and application) • Technical issues: errors reported by users via Facebook (page not found, poor navigation) • Other vaguer issues: • Content Duplication (BCH clients have posted the same job orders on other leading online job portals. Users ); • Call-to-action (users are given the options to walk in or communicate directly to our clients); • Site content – pages after log are not yet optimized; • Non member visitors who are actively using competitors’ portal would not bother creating new account with BCH.

  14. Website Revamp Registration Design Plan: • Revise registration process for job seekers. • Create a registration process that looks easy, quick and interesting. Example: 1st page/interface should require minimal information, e.g. email address and password. 2nd page/interface (after registration should encourage users to complete registration e.g. create brief copy relating to BCH online portal benefits & advantages.) • Provide users with options to create an online resume and/or upload resume. • Replace the typical login/registration form with a more compelling and targeted copy: Ex. (1) Create Career Alert. By completing this form (email address, password, name, educational Background, work experience) user allows BCH to send them career tips, newsletter, training videos, BPO Dictionaries on a weekly basis. (2) Create an online resume and be found by top hiring employers in the BPO Industry. • Use assessment and training tools as selling points. Capture/Record and produce videos of the upcoming short courses 2013 and/or use TDS resources in training and assessment to attract new registrations. Ex. Add training school tab that can only be accessed by registered users.
