Suggested Language Styles • Change the commanding tone into requesting tone; • Use the past subjunctive form; • Avoid over-emphasizing your own opinion or irritating your partner; • Passive voice should be adopted accordingly; • Avoid using the words with forcing tone or arousing unpleasantness; • Use expressions about joy and willingness, thanks and regret, etc.
