Please remind Reviewers comments when developing future activities WP8 - Project Management • Contractual obligations following the 2nd Annual Review fulfilled • Deliverable D5 – F-MAN Architecture (NTUA) • Deliverable D6 – Description of the F-MAN tools (SCIRO) • Deliverable D8 – Tracking kernel (SCIRO) • Deliverable D12 – Evaluation Plan (UGDIE) Revised and submitted on December 12th 2003

  2. 3rd Amendment in progress WP8 - Project Management • TECNO withdrawal process completed • Budget transfer request submitted • Time extension request submitted • Three more months to complete the project

WP8 - Project Management • 2nd Cost Statement process completed • Documentation submitted on November 11th 2003 • Payment expected in March-April 2004 • Effort  actual vs. planned • TECNO available man-hours redistributed • Current figures compliant with the budget • 9th QMR (October – December 2003) completed

  4. IVU – WP5 New budget 1710 h Original 1400 h + 310 h from TECNO SCIRO – WP3 New budget 1482 h Original 1350 h + 132 h from TECNO SCIRO – WP5 New budget 1009 h Original 810 h + 199 h from TECNO PI – WP5 New budget 1480 h Original 1200 h + 280 h from TECNO WP8 - Project Management

Budget transfer among different cost figures is allowed through a request to the EC WP8 - Project Management • We will have to prepare 3 more QMRs • January – March 2004 • April – June 2004 • July – September 2004 • Please plan carefully the remaining man-hours available and make step by step a forecast of the costs you will claim by the end of the project in order to avoid any over budget

Project completion – Milestone M5 postponed on 30 September 2004 Deliverable D13 – Deliverable D15 – Deliverable D16 postponed on 30 September 2004 WP4 completion – Milestone M4 – Deliverable D10 postponed on 30 June 2004 WP5 completion – Deliverable D11.2 postponed on 31 July 2004 WP8 - Project deadlines
