All dissemination efforts should support the long term sustainability model in a timely and consistent way The dissemination report depends on: Input from WP2: who initiates change, who influences change & who offers the capacity to change. Local ( BE, FR, EU, PT, ES, UK, EL, LT, EE, IE, DE) reports that include descriptions of: • local schools governance model, • influence of policy makers, • capacity of education and training organisations • teacher academies, • leading sites and communities, • professional development training centres, • school leadership academies; • academic research organizations, • reach and strengths of teachers and school heads associations The actual target groups will be set after completion of the country reports Discussions: • if countries differ a lot, should we write a per country plan? • should we also engage (1:1) the main parties involved?

Input fromWP9 • Exploitation scenarios and business models; • key market segments and sectors; • sources of revenue and funding for future development of IGUANA products and services; • potential users, • partners and networks; • actions to deliver the plan. • + go to market model: direct vs. indirect • The dissemination plan will be finished in May 2013

The deliverables The basics • Logo • Short video to explain the project • Web site with published information • Project portal build in Wiki Spaces (Fred will propose asap) Project pack: Online and in printed version, translated in Fr, Gr, Lt, Pt • Project brochure and flyer, updated annually • Project Newsletter (on-line), updated bi-annually • Press release in participating countries Events: • 5 national Seminars (Ireland, UK, Portugal, Lithuania,  target 50 participants (de Dutch one will be replaced by the ESHA General Assembly in October 2013) - • At least 3 articles in peer-reviewed journals • Final Conference in Croatia – target: 100 stakeholders • 3 on-line seminars (webinars) Other: • structured database of dissemination and networking contacts
