Albert speer • Albert Speer was born on March 19,1905. When Albert was growing up he was sick a lot. Albert was never really a gifted student. Speer had always keep him self distant from other people and was hard to know. Speer was very intrested in the Nazi community. Albert Speer’s decision to become a Nazi was based on what attracted other people. Speer meet Hittler in an airport and showed him some of his work. Later Albert Speer became on of Hittlers architects. Albert Speer was the only one to avoid the death sentence. Speer was in prison but was released in 1966. Ramen, Fred. Albert Speer. Dr. JOSEF MENGELE • Dr. Josef Mengele was born on March 16,1911. In the year 1938, Josef Mengele left his medical research to do some army training. A year later Mengele married a lady named Irene. It bothered Mengele that he could never prove his wife's race. Josef Mengele was a complete Nazi, but before joining the war service he had to wait until 1940. In 1941 Mengele was stationed in Poland as a Race and Resettlement officer. On May 30,1943 he arrived at camp Aushwitz. At Aushwitz he had done a lot of medical experiments on twins. A lot of the kids had called him Uncle Pepl. Mengele would always get upset with his wife when she would ask about the camps. Later on Dr. Mengele was know as the Angel of Death. Gas chamber • The gas chambers were used to kill the victims of the Holocaust. Operation T4 was the first use of the gas chamber. The gas chambers were big so it could hold a lot of people in it. Most of the chambers had the star of david painted on the front wall of the chamber. Most of the people who would go into the chamber would be young healthy men and woman also a sick person would a automatic choice. The selection would mostly take place at random times. Some of the selections would involve a whole section of the camp. When the inmates would go in to the gas chambers the would strip down and had to walk in a line and stick out their left arm. Heirnich Himmler • In 1919, Heirnich Himmler also know as Heirnich Muller became a police officer of Germany. In 1929 Himmler was promoted to the police secretary. August 1939, Himmler sent six agents across Poland because the Polish had attacked Germany. Also Himmler sent spies to learn about what the politic groups are doing. Himmler had also sent orders to the Gestapo officers to arrest 20,000 to 30,000 Jewish men who had a lot of money in the kristallnath. Heirnich Himmler was an expert on communist and had a vicious drive toward perfectioism. Himmer’s father was against Nazi and printed a paper about the Nazi.
