  4. History In Argentina, there were two main native groups- Daguita and Garani. Juan De Solis was the first Spainard to land in Argentina, but was killed in 1516. By the late 16th century, Argentina’s capital, Buenos Aires, was securely established. When the French captured Spain’s King, Argentina fell under the rule of the King, which was not popular. They claimed their independence on July 9, 1816.

  8. Some connections I have made are that the history of Argentina effects the culture because the independence for their country was on July 9th, 1816, it is now celebrated as a part of their culture every year. Connections
