    10. RSLs represent a big opportunity. As the main sanction of an ABC is eviction, all ABCs are agreed with CityWest Homes residents. ASB Act required ALL RSLs to have in place procedures to record and deal with anti-social behaviour – need to make sure that we can help where we can with these procedures. Share our experiences and share their data. Set up ABC schemes with RSLs – the success is evident and could impact on a far greater number of Westminster residents. ASBOs – ASB Unit does not take out all ASBOs – its purpose is to give people the help advice and support to collate their own evidence and understand what an ASBO can be effective against. Training – 250 staff to be trained in ASB issues. Good opportunity to set up communication with RSLs. Conference earlier this year with RSLs to encourage joint working.RSLs represent a big opportunity. As the main sanction of an ABC is eviction, all ABCs are agreed with CityWest Homes residents.
