  3. Sense of Urgency • A sense of urgency is the attitude and process of treating key or personal matters as if one's life depended on it. It is determination to stay focused on results and deadlines until the task or project is completed. • “Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.” Coach Vince Lombardi

  6. Sharing Success Stories and Support for Struggles • Hospitals who have achieved success in Patient and Family Engagement/Leadership best practice implementation? • Any questions of the group on how to approach challenges?

  7. Vulnerable Populations: Eliminate Health Disparities Vulnerable populations are defined as those who may need adjusted service because of (including but not limited to): disability status, income (payor status), race, ethnicity, language, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or poor access to health care services.

  8. Sharing Success Stories and Support for Struggles • Hospitals who have achieved success identifying and addressing vulnerable populations? • Any questions of the group on how to approach challenges?
