  3. Sense of Urgency • A sense of urgency is the attitude and process of treating key or personal matters as if one's life depended on it. Vulnerable Populations: Eliminate Health Disparities Vulnerable populations are defined as those who may need adjusted service because of (including but not limited to): disability status, income (payor status), race, ethnicity, language, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or poor access to health care services.
